Debit Card Payment Disclosure

I hereby authorize United Local Credit Union to initiate a charge entry on my debit card in the amount I enter, plus any applicable convenience fee. I acknowledge that I am responsible for entering the correct payment amount and my United Local Credit Union account number.

By submitting an online payment, I agree there is a balance sufficient to pay all requested payments and agree that United Local Credit Union is not liable for any overdraft or insufficient fund situation or charge (including, but not limited to, finance charges, late fees, or similar charges) caused by my failure to maintain funds sufficient to pay the amount I indicated.

I also agree that my online payment will be assessed a $15.00 Convenience Fee. I understand that if I would like to avoid this fee, I am free to visit one of the United Local Credit Union branches to make my payment in person, use bill pay, utilize external transfer services, mail a check to: United Local Credit Union, 3650 E Ashlan Ave, Fresno, CA 93726 or another fee free payment method available to me. I understand that an online payment will be processed and credited to my account within two business days.
