The Credit Union is operated by volunteer members formed into three governing bodies:
A Board Of Directors establishes policies and is directly responsible for the Credit Union.
A Supervisory Committee
retains the services of a Certified Public Accountant to examine the
Credit Union operations and supervises the actions of the Board of
Directors, officers and committee persons.
A Credit Committee reviews, approves and expedites loans.
Members of the Board of
Directors and Supervisory Committee are elected by the membership at
the Annual Meeting, which is held in the first quarter of each year. To
administer the full range of Credit Union services, the Board of
Directors appoints the Credit Committee and employs a full-time manager
and staff to provide you, the member, with prompt and courteous
service. |
